Student Login Troubleshoot

When logging into your course, both the username and password fields are case sensitive. Make sure that all characters are correct (e.g. upper case vs. lower case).

For example:

Username: EXAMPLE0000
Password: EXAMPLEPASSWORD

 

is not the same as:

Userid: exampleid0000
Password: examplepassword

 

or:

Userid: ExampleId
Password: ExamplePassword

You must enter your password in the same case as you received it when you enrolled on the course.

If not the system may show you the following message:

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

PLEASE NOTE AFTER A NUMBER OF UNSUCCESSFUL LOGIN ATTEMPTS THE SERVER WILL AUTOMATICALLY BLOCK YOU. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US TO GET UNBLOCKED.
